SAFETY AND TRAINING

The safety of our employees and customers is paramount to us. We are enrolled in the WCB approved COR (Certificate of Recognition) program through the Safety Network (www.safetynetwork.bc.ca) as well as being HPO (Home Protection Office) approved contractors.

This program works in partnership with the WCB to promote a positive occupational health and safety culture.

As our commitment to this program, we have a safety committee, a health and safety manual for all employees, and we recently appointed a full-time in-house Safety and Training Auditor. His responsibilities include ongoing training and site safety inspections for all our sites and employees.

Our workers receive the latest training in scaffolding, rigging and Boson chair safety.

NOTE: As directed in Bill C-45 of the Criminal code (section 217.1) it is the responsibility of all of us, including Property managers and building owners to ensure that only those with the appropriate training be hired for exterior maintenance work.
